Staying in the moment to enjoy life

I was walking to work this morning and I came across these lovely white hydrangeas! Seeing the beauty of these flowers helped me stay in the moment. My normal habit is to walk briskly to work, which does not give me the chance to take in my surroundings. Since I have been carrying my camera with me, I really try to pay attention to what is going on around me. There is so much beauty in life that we miss because we are such in a rush to get from point A to point B. I urge you today to take a moment to take a deep breath and really observe the beauty around you. You might be surprised at what you observe.

On a sidenote, the hydrangeas also reminded me that I must order these wallflowers from Chiasso soon to continue my bedroom revamping.

Yes, suddenly stopping our ‘running robotics’ may stun us and throw us in the moment that is wonderful, that may trigger us to see the wonder of this nature and existence including the beauty of our own life that is simply God’s gift or creation. A good point and picture of stunning white gold of nature there. Thanks.
