Harry Potter and broiled salmon

Yesterday afternoon, I was planted in front of the tv watching the Harry Potter marathon on ABC family. Earlier in my veg-fest I completely demolished an entire bag of Kettle Corn from Trader joes.

At $1.99, it is a complete steal, but it is so addictive. The kettle corn is so light and really does a great job of balancing the sweet and the salty!

To try to counteract my sugary/salty attack, I made a healthy dinner consisting of roasted red and sweet potatoes, sautéed asparagus, and lime and cilantro broiled salmon.
